The Art of Living course is not a lot of talking or preaching. It's an experience--your own experience of your deepest self. It is a purification that takes place at the cellular level and at the level of mind simultaneously. The course is taught over six days, with sessions designed to accommodate a busy workweek. The course features the Sudarshan Kriya technique, along with many other valuable techniques and a wealth of practical information. This powerful practice has a profound effect on the mind, body and spirit, the breath being the key link between the mind, body, and emotions.

Art of Living can be attended by any person who is 18 years or above. The discounted course fee is U.S. $150 (U.S. $75 for students). All the money goes towards humanitarian service projects.
